Seeing faster results: post-workout nutrition.
As you can see, I am carefully measuring out my post-workout supplements 😂 It's realllll tough: 1 scoop of Phormula-1 + 1 scoop of Ignition 🙌🏻 My clients know that this post-workout stack is something I recommend across the board.
