Today's Leg Routine!
Today was leg day for this girl! Lower body days are always my favorite, and it's mainly because it is so challenging. I focus on going as heavy as possible while maintaining good form. Here's my workout from today: Warm up: Seated Leg Extension (3x15) 50lbs/70lbs Deep Barbell Squats (2x10, 3x6) 135lbs/155lbs/185lbs Barbell Sumo Deadlifts (4x15) 135lbs Seated Leg Extension (3x10) superset w/ Standing Leg Curls (3x15) 50lbs/70lbs/90lbs & 35lbs/45lbs/55lbs (each leg) Calf Raises on Leg Press Machine (3x30, regular stance/pigeon-toed/duck feet) 200lbs If you have questions about anything, just ask!
