Mornings are better with pancakes š ..And protein pancakes at that! I made this breakfast with Level-1, which is @1stphorm's slow assimilating protein powder šš» This keeps you fuller, longer! To make these fabulous (LOW CARB!) protein pancakes, this what you need:
1 tbsp Flax Seed
3 Egg Whites
1 scoop Level-1
Splash of Almond Milk
25g Blueberries
Mix all of this together in a bowl (or with a blender), then pour onto a skillet sprayed with non-stick spray, and cook on each side for 3 min šš» Top with whatever you desire!
