*This is a great smoothie is extremely high in potassium and vitamin C which can help tackle the early stages of a cold! Kiwi also contains high levels of heart-healthy polyphenols!

(7g Fiber, 30g Sugar, 730mg Potassium, 82mg Sodium, 17% Vitamin A, 230% Vitamin C, 29% Calcium, 7% Iron)
INGREDIENTS:
-100g Banana

-80g Kiwi (roughly one kiwi)
-70g Frozen Strawberries 
-10g Blue Agave Nectar

-100g Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
DIRECTIONS:
Add all in ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Add more or less water for desired consistency.
