BLUEBERRY OATS & AGAVE NECTAR
2 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS:
40g Oats (Steel Cut or Quick)
50g Fresh Blueberries or 70g Frozen (I personally use frozen
10g Blue Agave Nectar
DIRECTIONS:
Add oats and berries into bowl along with 1/2-3/4 cup water (can add water to desired consistancy). Place in microwave for 1-1.5 minutes. Take out and add blue agave nectar and enjoy!
*You could also sweeten this with stevia rather than agave nectar to make the carbs even lower! Cinnamon adds great flavor as well!

PROTEIN FRENCH TOAST
6 MINUTES
7g Fat 45g Carbs 60g Protein
INGREDIENTS:
184g Egg Whites
3 Slices P28 Bread
Cinnamon
DIRECTIONS:
Bring pan to medium heat. Pour egg whites into dish and soak each side of bread in. Place in (pam sprayed) pan and sprinkle cinnamon on one side. Cook each side till golden brown.
Try adding a sugar free maple syrup, or waldens farms calorie free syrup for an even better taste!

INGREDIENTS:
227g Fat Free Vanilla Greek yogurt
100g Banana
14g Dried Cranberries
Milled Flax Seed
DIRECTIONS:
Mix all yogurt, banana, and cranberries into bowl. Sprinkle flax seed on top.
