*This smoothie is packed with vitamin C to help keep your immune system healthy! It also has very high potassium that is great for those cramping muscles!

(5g Fiber, 21g Sugar, 449mg Potassium, 239mg Sodium, 71% Vitamin A, 183% Vitamin C, 26% Calcium, 5% Iron)
INGREDIENTS:
-70g Frozen Blueberries
-70g Frozen Pineapple
-50g Banana
-20g Fresh Kale
-96g Pasterized Eggwhites
-100g Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
-5 Packets Stevia
-1/4-1/2 cup water (or 0 cal drink of choice, I like the ICE drinks)
DIRECTIONS:
Add all in ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Add more or less water for desired consistency.
