Lean Red Meat (Beef, Bison, Venison) is a great source of protein! Just be sure to purchase LEAN meat as many red meats have fat levels as well.

Poultry such as chicken or turkey is a great source of protein. The Breast meat has very low fat levels and high protein!

Fish is an amazing source of protein! Some fish such as salmon has high levels of fat, but this is a good fat! Other fish such as tuna, swai, cod, tilapia, mahi mahi, etc. all have very low levels of fat and high protein!

Egg's are packed with protein! The fat is all contained inside the yolk so if you remove that you have one of the most pure protein sources available!
