WHAT IS FLEXIBLE DIETING?
Flexible dieting is a relatively new theory in the fitness world that allows us to eat our macronutrients from whatever food sources we want. Macronutrients are your protein carbs and fats, first you must etablish the desired amount of each that you should be consuming each day in grams. Now eating flexible does not mean ONLY eating junk foods to hit your target macro amounts, but it allows you to eat these sweet snacks AS LONG AS THEY FIT INTO YOUR DAILY MARCO INTAKE. Remember, you still need vitamins and micronutrients in your diet, which many of these tasty sugary foods do not contain (however some do). This is why it is called FLEXIBLE DIETING. Base your diet around a fundamental whole food intake, but leave some flexibility for these tasty snacks! Want to learn more about flexible dieting? Wondering if it may be the right theory for you? Feel free to contact me and we will discuss any questions you may have on the topic! Or visit the STORE section and sign up for your macro plan today!

These are by far the best wraps I have found for the macros! With only 2g Fat and 10-17g Carbs depending on the flavor/style wrap. I use these in so many of my meals to really change up the style and plain foods!

These bars are basically the HYPE of the industry! And for good reason. They are absolutely amazing with only 3-5g NET CARBS! They are based off plants and have insanely high fiber and high protein! Try microwaving yours for about 10 seconds and ENJOY! Cookies and cream is my favorite!

These are an absolute favorite of mine, each 2 slices of bread has 28g of protein. A bagel and wrap also have 28g protein and everything has 25-27g Carbs! Perfect for those high protein diets!

This sweet snack is actually very macro friendly! They are by far the best tasting eggo out there and has no need for syrup! Plus they have half the fat of the typical eggo! 3.5g Fat 31g Carbs 4g Protein

These amazing syrups, dressings, spreads, and sauces are all calorie free and can really save you from those cravings! I personally use the maple syrup everyday on my protein french toast!

For those who are lactose intolerant, diabetic, or just on a low calorie intake, these ice creams are for YOU. Only 150 calories per entire tub! Amazing.

This cereal is a childhood favorite of mine, and im so glad they brought it back! The macros is actually one of the best i've found for sugary cereals with only 110 cals per serving (28g)

The title speaks for itself.

This is my go to bread when making my fluff sandwiches! Only 45 calories per slice and 17g carbs per serving!
