WHAT IS FLEXIBLE DIETING?

Flexible dieting is a relatively new theory in the fitness world that allows us to eat our macronutrients from whatever food sources we want. Macronutrients are your protein carbs and fats, first you must etablish the desired amount of each that you should be consuming each day in grams. Now eating flexible does not mean ONLY eating junk foods to hit your target macro amounts, but it allows you to eat these sweet snacks AS LONG AS THEY FIT INTO YOUR DAILY MARCO INTAKE. Remember, you still need vitamins and micronutrients in your diet, which many of these tasty sugary foods do not contain (however some do). This is why it is called FLEXIBLE DIETING.
