Fax Seed is a great source of fat! try adding milled flax seed to your smoothies, salads, even oats!

The yolk of an egg contains 5g of fat! Many people believe that the yolk is bad for you due to the high cholesterol, but this is not the case! This is actually the kind you want to consume!

Olive Oil is one of the best fat sources you could consume!

Nuts, such as almonds, peanuts, cashews, etc. are a very good fat source!

Fish such as salmon contain high levels of essential fats and omega-3's

Avocados are a great fat source! Try adding them into your diet, slicing them on a sandwich or mixing it in with your rice!
