HEALTHY CARB SOURCES!

Oats are a great source of slow digesting carbs!

White rice is a great carb source and fast digesting! Great for before a workout as it will be quickly digested and used to fuel the workout!

Brown rice is a much slower digesting carb source! Great for low insulin spikes and for feeling full throughout the day!

Agave nectar is a great substitute for sugar or honey! Its much lower in carbs and actually much sweeter! Try adding this to your oats or your tea/coffee!
