Ingredients

preheat oven to 450.
grease tray
season fish with:
Cajun
Garlic
Pepper
Bake for 10 minutes

"Tuscan Chicken"

This Tuscan Chicken dish is another one the whole family will love, and its super easy! This is high in protein, fair in carbs and fair in fat!

Onions
Garlic
Fennel Seed
Basil Leaves

Crushed Rosemary Leaves

-Teriyaki Sauce (KLF Healthy Teriyaki Cause)


"Mexican Egg White Omelet"
